2. Service Requests

When you submit a service request through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Accurate service address
  • Description of the appliance issue
  • Appliance brand and model (if known)

Submitting a service request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our team.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure includes:

  • Service Call Fee: A diagnostic fee applies to all service visits. This fee covers the technician’s visit and diagnosis of the problem.
  • Repair Costs: Additional charges for parts and labor will be quoted before any repair work begins.
  • Estimates: All estimates are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during repair.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows may be charged the full service call fee

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work:

  • Labor Warranty: Our repair work is warranted for 90 days from the date of service
  • Parts Warranty: Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Warranty Limitations: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or unauthorized repairs

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your original service receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our service
  • We are not liable for food spoilage, water damage, or other losses resulting from appliance malfunction

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the appliance requiring service
  • Secure pets during the service visit
  • Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present during the appointment
  • Inform the technician of any known hazards or issues
  • Back up any data on smart appliances before service
